These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ExodeUI application, website, and services. By using ExodeUI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ExodeUI, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using ExodeUI on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
2Accounts and Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use ExodeUI.
- One person may not maintain multiple free accounts without authorization.
3Intellectual Property — Your Content
You own everything you create with ExodeUI.
You retain full ownership of all designs, animations, logic flows, and project files. We claim no IP rights over your designs.
By using ExodeUI, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, store, and process your content solely for providing the service. This permission ends when you delete your content or cancel your account.
We will not use your content to train AI models or for any purpose beyond delivering the service, unless you give explicit consent.
4Our Intellectual Property
ExodeUI, including the Exode runtime, editor software, LogicNodes, LiquidShapeRenderer, brand assets, and related technology, is owned by ExodeUI. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or proprietary technology outside of intended use.
5Plans, Billing, and Cancellation
5.1 Free Tier (Community)
Free to use with limitations on private projects and advanced features. We may modify what is included in the free tier.
5.2 Paid Tier (Professional)
Billed monthly or annually as selected. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment information.
5.3 Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Paid features remain until end of billing period. Content stays accessible, though some features may revert to free-tier limits.
5.4 Refunds
14-day money-back guarantee for annual plans. Monthly plans are non-refundable except in cases of service outage or error.
6Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use ExodeUI for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code of the Exode runtime.
- Use the service to create malware, harmful code, or content violating others' IP.
- Circumvent any access restrictions, pricing mechanisms, or usage limits.
- Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.
7Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. If terminated for violation, you will not receive a refund. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Your content will be deleted from our servers within 30 days unless required otherwise by law.
8Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExodeUI and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.
9Disclaimer of Warranties
ExodeUI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service. You use the service at your own risk.
10Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the ExodeUI application. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, India.
